Bathroom Cleaning: Sink & Vanity • Remove items from countertop. • Clean and disinfect sink basin. • Polish faucet and handles (stainless/glass cleaner). • Wipe and disinfect countertop. • Spot-clean cabinet fronts and handles. • Replace items neatly on countertop. Mirror & Glass • Spray and wipe mirror streak-free. • Clean any glass shelves or shower glass panels. • Polish with microfiber cloth for shine. Toilet • Apply cleaner inside bowl, scrub thoroughly. • Wipe seat (top & underside), lid, and handle with disinfectant. • Disinfect toilet base and surrounding floor. • Polish chrome flush handle (if applicable). Shower / Tub • Spray walls, tiles, and fixtures with cleaner. • Scrub grout lines and edges. • Clean tub basin or shower floor. • Remove soap scum, hard water spots, and mildew. • Rinse and dry surfaces to prevent streaks. • Polish shower fixtures. • Squeegee glass doors (if present). Floors • Sweep/vacuum to remove hair and debris. • Mop with disinfecting solution. • Pay special attention to corners and baseboards. Fixtures & Details • Dust/wipe light fixtures and vents. • Wipe down door handles, light switches, and towel racks. • Replace towels neatly (if fresh provided). • Empty trash bin and sanitize interior. • Replace toilet paper roll if needed. Final Touch • Ensure all surfaces are dry and streak-free. • Organize items neatly (toiletries, tissue boxes, etc.). • Perform final check — room should look fresh, smell clean, and be guest-ready.

Booking and Cancellation Policy At Flanagan Cleaning Group, we value your time and strive to provide reliable, high-quality cleaning services. Please review our booking and cancellation terms below: Booking Confirmation All cleaning appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Cancellation Policy You may cancel your appointment within 24 hours of making the booking if the scheduled cleaning is more than 24 hours away. A full refund will be issued. After 24 hours of booking, all appointments are final and non-refundable. Cancellations made after the 24-hour grace period will be charged the full booking amount as a cancellation fee. Rescheduling Rescheduling requests follow the same policy as cancellations. If eligible for cancellation, rescheduling will be allowed without penalty based on availability. No-Show Policy Failure to provide access to the premises at the scheduled time will be treated as a cancellation and charged the full booking amount.
