Flanagan Cleaning Group – Recurring Cleaning Service Terms & Conditions 1. Service Agreement By enrolling in our recurring cleaning service, you (the "Client") agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by Flanagan Cleaning Group (the "Company"). 2. Recurring Service Commitment The recurring cleaning service requires a minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive months from the date of the first cleaning. Cleanings will be scheduled on a [weekly / bi-weekly / monthly] basis, as agreed upon during service setup. 3. Cancellation Policy After the initial 3-month commitment period, the Client may cancel the recurring service at any time by providing at least 24 hours' notice prior to the next scheduled cleaning. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled cleaning will incur a late cancellation fee of [$25 or 50% of the scheduled service rate]. 4. Rescheduling Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. Flanagan Cleaning Group will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your requested changes based on availability. 5. Payment Terms Payment is due on the day of each service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods include: [credit/debit card, electronic transfer, cash, etc.]. Late payments may be subject to a late fee of [$10 or 10% of the invoice amount]. 6. Access to Property The Client is responsible for ensuring that Flanagan Cleaning Group has access to the property at the scheduled cleaning time. If the cleaning team is unable to access the property, the visit will be considered a missed appointment, and the Client will be charged [50% of the service fee]. 7. Satisfaction Guarantee If you are unsatisfied with any part of your service, please contact Flanagan Cleaning Group within 24 hours of your appointment. 8. Modifications to Terms Flanagan Cleaning Group reserves the right to revise or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided to Clients at least 14 days in advance.
